Updated links and miscellaneous bits of web gardening. I can't believe
it's 5 years since I updated it.

Added another 7 releases, the total of recorded performances in the database
is now 461, representing 341 compositions. I also made some minor interface
changes to (hopefully) make it easier to navigate the links between record
releases, compositions and recorded performances. I'm working my way through
cross checking the entries against Nancy Canning's discography, "A Glenn
Gould Catalog".
4 April 1999
Finished entering initial set of private recording, added a feedback/opinion record to all database entries. It now describes some 53 records and videos representing over 300 works across some 425 recording sessions.
